Sheikh Abdullah Al-Salem Cultural Centre

مركز الشيخ عبدالله السالم الثقافي

A vast museum district that brings natural history, science, space, Arabic Islamic culture, and fine arts together.

The story

A place is more than its silhouette.

History

Opened in 2018, ASCC created one of the region’s largest cultural and learning complexes. Its museums were conceived as an intergenerational public resource rather than a single specialist institution.

Architecture & experience

A shaded central street links multiple museum buildings and courtyards. The campus balances monumental scale with gardens, outdoor exhibits, and sheltered movement.
